Although we make every effort to do so, we cannot guarantee vintages. We will contact you if a vintage that you have ordered has become unavailable. Where possible we aim to satisfy orders using more recent vintages and if we need to do this with your order we will do so in consultation with you.
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions and prices are correct. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that wines that are out of stock are not available to order, there is at times a delay in updating the details of our live stock holding. We will send you an acknowledgement of your order by email, to confirm our receipt of your order. An order is not a contract. All orders are subject to availability as many of our wines are only available in limited quantities and may sell out. We will advise you of any shortages and provide an eta for replacement stock and issue an immediate refund for orders of wines we are unable to fulfil (which due to our payment provider’s systems may take a few days to reach your account).
Cancellations - Goods being cancelled must be done so within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing (by letter or email). Define Food & Wine will refund any monies within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cooling off period - Goods maybe returned, for any reason, within 7 working days. We can be notified of any returning goods by ‘calling 01606 882101 and emailing email@example.com. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation (Define Food & Wine reserves the right to request that the customer meets the cost of returning the goods). This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty goods - In the event of goods being faulty, please return to Define Food & Wine for a replacement or refund. Goods must be rejected within 7 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. If you have any queries regarding faulty goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How to Return / Exchange
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, order number, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund.Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office and send them to Define Food & Wine, Chester Road, Sandiway, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 2NH.
Privacy and Security
We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information collected at time of ordering is transferred from our website into our secure database and facilitates the process when you come to order again. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including credit / debit card number, name and address. None of this information is made available to third parties.
