A surefire treat bottle to have in the rack. Rich and velvety, with wild cherry and rapsberry fruit sprinkled with fragrant Provencal herbs .
Mainly Grenache, with a splash of Syrah and Mourvedre. Soil with large round pebbles. Traditional fermentation in closed concrete tanks, with ageing in concrete vats for 15 months to allow good oxygenation of the wine, preserving freshness and aroma.
Intense crimson-red colour. The nose is complex and subtle, blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry & Morello cherry. On the palate, you get spices and liquorice with black fruit flavours. The Grenache is noted for giving natural sweet fruit, silky tannins and elegance to the wine.
