From an inspiring set-up, obsessed with bio-diversity, sustainability and a purist expression of their impressive vineyards sites. Vineyards are ploughed by horse, with a number of bio-dynamic preparations used to encourage healthy, balanced soils.

A perfectly integrated blend with great length, combining the spiciness of the Syrah, the fresh fruits of the Petit Verdot and the juiciness from the Merlot. A plush mix of red berries and sour cherries but then as it opens up, classy notes of pencil shavings and wild herbs emerge. Extraordinary wine for the price.

NB. Extraordinary at £14/bt, at £10/bt this is ridiculous. We've just heard it's been awarded 5* in the platter guide 2022- an accolade reserved for the greatest (and usually most expensive) wines from South Africa after being tasted blind by an expert panel. Hurry....
