Martinez Lacuesta Rioja Crianza

People make a beeline for this wine and for very good reason. A glorious wine that once tried is not forgotten. Deep black fruit notes balanced by some perfect oakiness. Martinez Lacuesta's rich history of wine making starts in 1895 with lawyer Felix Marintez Lacuesta (Only 21 years old!). He would later became President of the National Association of Winegrowers and in his latter days, named President of the Union of Exporters of Wines of Rioja, Spain. But, more importantly, the wine is lush.
