VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-picked and conveyed in crates. Direct pressing with a pneumatic press, fermentation in stainless-steel vats. Bottled after 8 months.
TASTE: A gorgeous pale strawberry colour, with aromas of red berry fruits, subtle spice and delicate honey. Elegant and rounded on the palate with cherry and peach fruit and a fine, lifted finish.
